About Danny Lane
Danny Lane is a highly decorated US Marine. He was awarded two Purple Hearts, the Marine Combat Action Medal, the Vietnamese Gallantry Cross, and the Vietnamese Service & Campaigns Medals for Valor in Vietnam.
Danny is also a decorated, retired Police Officer. He was awarded the Mayors Bravery Medal for saving two trapped men in an upside-down burning vehicle. During his career, he worked as a Major Crimes Detective, Tactical Unit Member, SWAT Member, Police Defensive Tactics Instructor, Drug Task Force (undercover), and Uniformed Patrol.
As a Homicide Detective and Private Investigator, he has worked on approximately 200 murder cases over his fifty-five years in law enforcement and private investigations. He is a certified USE OF FORCE EXPERT and has testified in numerous murder trials. He also is a certified expert in crime scene investigation and digital data analysis.
In addition to being a veteran and police officer, he is a 10th Degree martial arts master and has trained with Chuck Norris for forty-five years. He is President of the Police Tactics Instructors of America and the Agency for Law Enforcement Experts. He is th e founder of the World Martial Arts Federation which has members throughout the world and is celebrating its fifty-year anniversary next year.
He is a former bodyguard to movie and entertainment stars and corporate executives. He worked in Manhattan, New York City for six years off and on protecting a high-profile corporate executive from the mob.
Danny is a published author of seven books. His book, “Some Gave it All - reached #1 on Amazon shortly after its release. It is endorsed by actor and movie star Chuck Norris. He also wrote "Code of Steel", "Eye for an Eye", "American Fighter", "Elite Warriors", "Black Silk Pajamas", and "Spy Combat Tactics, a covert government tactics training system, with CIA Officer Jason Hanson.
